iKF 14-Day Return & Right of Withdrawal Policy

1. 14-Day Withdrawal Period

Customers have the right to request a return or withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the day they receive the last item of their order.

To exercise this right, the return request must be submitted within this 14-day period.


2. Refund Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply

3. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Non-defective / change-of-mind returns:
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Defective or quality-related returns:
    iKF will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable verified return shipping costs

4. Original Shipping Fee Refund

  • Standard shipping fees are refundable only where required by applicable consumer protection laws (including EU regulations)
  • For non-defective returns, original shipping fees may not be refunded where legally permitted

5. Non-Returnable Items / Excluded from Change-of-Mind Returns

Certain products are not eligible for return or refund due to change of mind (withdrawal without reason), including:

  • Headphone replacement accessories (e.g. ear pads / ear cushions / replacement ear covers)
  • Products that have been opened, used, or show signs of wear
  • Items missing original packaging, accessories, or components
  • Gift boxes, limited editions, or special bundled products (if clearly marked on product page)

Important Note (Hygiene & Resale Safety)

Ear cushions and similar personal-contact accessories are excluded from change-of-mind returns due to hygiene and product safety reasons, as they cannot be resold once opened.


6. Quality Issues Exception

If a product is defective or has a verified quality issue upon arrival, it remains fully eligible for:

  • Replacement, or
  • Refund according to standard after-sales procedure

iKF supports mobile number checkout for certain orders.

For orders placed using phone number only (no email account created):

  • Customers cannot access the account portal
  • Return requests must be initiated via the return link sent in the SMS order confirmation

9. Unauthorized Returns

  • Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or delayed
  • iKF is not responsible for lost or untracked unauthorized returns
  • Any additional costs caused by unauthorized returns may be deducted from refund where applicable

10. European Union Consumer Rights

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery for any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Returned items must:

  • Be in good condition
  • Include original packaging and accessories
  • Include proof of purchase

Where applicable law permits, exclusions listed in Section 5 (hygiene and opened accessories) may apply.
