At iKF, we want you to enjoy your purchase with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied, please contact us at service@ikfaudio.com within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Items may be opened and lightly tested, but must be returned in good condition.
- Products must include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and complimentary items.
- Items showing excessive wear, physical damage, missing parts, or signs of improper use may not be eligible for refund.
- A valid order confirmation or invoice from the official iKF website is required.
Gift Box / Special Edition Products
Certain limited-edition, collector, or gift box versions are specially packaged products.
Unless there is a verified quality issue, these items are not eligible for return or refund once opened.

Return Authorization
Important: Please do not send items back without prior authorization from iKF Customer Service.
Unauthorized returns may be refused or may not qualify for refund processing.

Return Shipping
Non-Quality Related Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Quality-Related Returns
For verified product quality issues, iKF will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable verified return shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Packages refused by the customer or returned due to incorrect shipping information are not considered authorized returns.
Any related return shipping fees, customs charges, or processing costs may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
Cross-Border Orders
For international returns not related to product defects, original shipping fees, duties, taxes, or payment processing costs may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.
Late Returns
Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery are generally not eligible for refund unless required by local consumer protection laws.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
