Earbuds Purchased at A Retailer
Since you purchased your iKF at one of our retailers,
Best thing is to go back to the store where you purchased your earbuds and make a warranty claim there. Bring your broken iKF products and your receipt and they will help you to exchange your product.
Refund:If you submit a refund request, the funds will be returned to your account within 7-15 days after our approval. Please note that the exact timeline for the refund depends on the processing time of your payment account.
