iKF 30-Day Refund Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products with a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee from the date your order is delivered to the designated address. If you're not completely satisfied, please contact our support team at service@ikfaudio.com to initiate a return.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund:
Unused & Undamaged: Items must be in original condition with no signs of use, wear, or modification.
Complete Packaging: All accessories, free gifts, and original packaging (including boxes and manuals) must be returned.
Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation or invoice from the iKF Official Website (https://ikfaudio.com/) is required.

How It Works

  1. Contact Support: Email us within 30 days of the delivery date.

  2. Return Shipping:
    Non-quality issues: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    Quality-related issues: iKF will either provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse return shipping costs after verifying the issue.

  3. Inspection & Processing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned item passes inspection at our warehouse.

  4. Refund Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used.

Important Notes

⚠️ Non-iKF Website Purchases: For orders placed through other platforms or resellers, please contact the respective seller for return and refund assistance.
⚠️ Late Returns: We are unable to process refunds for non-defective products returned after 30 days from the delivery date.
